We’re looking for applicants with 0-3 years of experience who are able to perform:
- Demolition
- Framing
- Trim
- Installation of doors & windows
- Drywall installation & repairs
- Siding
- Flooring
- Remodeling work
Job Responsibilities
- Perform to the company’s standard according to work order specifications.
- Install items with supervision, such as: pre-hung doors, window units, interior trim, base, casing, crown molding, and cabinetry.
- Repair and/or installation of new drywall; including finishing.
- Repair and/or installation of siding and roofing.
- Repair and/or installation of new windows and doors.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site and work vehicle.

- Strong attention to detail, safety practices, and good communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service through the quality of craftsmanship, professionalism in appearance, and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a team environment with peers and supervisors.
- Ability to receive constructive criticism or correction.
- Strong work ethic, enthusiasm for the craft, and eagerness to learn.
- Passionate about the job and takes pride in every project completed.
- Proven experience in the skilled areas listed.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work consistently, including lifting 100 pounds.
Pay & Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
